The community needs your experience.
Have you ever thought about volunteering for Age Concern Crosby? Maybe there are good reasons why you shouldn't. We have good reasons why you should...
If you come to us as a volunteer we can give you:
An awful lot in the way of thanks
The chance to turn people's lives around for the better
Some new skills
A fair amount of tea and coffee
All the training you want
Everything you do with Age Concern Crosby makes a positive difference.
Different people get different things from volunteering, but some of the most popular reasons are to gain new skills, share knowledge, have fun or give something back to the community.
Some reasons you might not want to volunteer:
You want to sit back now you've retired. But aren't you secretly a bit bored?
You don't want lots of training. You might not need training!
You think people should help themselves. Not everyone can!
You don't think you'll be good enough. We'll give you the chance to surprise yourself!
